DHS Bands Absence Form – 2024-25 School Year
Please use this Google Form for reporting ALL band related absences. This form will be good for any kind of absence from a performance or outside of school day rehearsal. It contains all information you and the director(s) need to know. Only parents/guardians may submit absences on behalf of students – this is for their safety and per school policy.
